OK, let's see if I can do it justice........and remember, if you don't think it's funny, it's Bibi's joke....not mine!
A Jew was being fed to a starving lion in a Roman colliseum. He was standing in the middle of the arena, when the lion came toward him. The Jew was seen to whisper something in the lion's ear, and the lion turned and walked away. The crowd erupted in cheers, and gave the Jew the thumbs up sign when he appeared before the emperor. But the emperor was curious and asked him what he said to the lion. The Jew told him, "I said, 'You can only eat me, if you promise to speak after dinner!'"
Then Bibi went on to say that the only thing worse than sitting and listening to a speaker after a big dinner was having to speak after a big dinner!
(Well, maybe you had to be there, but it was funny at the time!)
