This was my first thought on hearing this story, as well. If this is the policy here, pardon me for feeling a bit nauseated.

Agreed. I assume the non-response to my question means this is in fact FR practice. I had no idea I was donating to a forum that sent its representatives out on the Internet to conduct surveillance on posters and delete accounts based on their findings.
