Termite Buchannan just cannot handle a nation of armed Jews. Jews who have taken the battle to the West Bank instead of waiting for another suicide bombing on Jewish turf.

Hey PatSki! This ain't your WW2. These Jews have the weaponry to defend their home. And Ariel Sharon is a war hero while you are a zero who somehow evaded serving in the US military. And you an America firster!

Sharon rocks. When the time came for courage, GWB showed himself to be owned by the House of Saud.

Six months into the "War on Terror", and Bush is capitulating to Arafat's calls for "negotiations". We'll be "negotiating peace" while the Karine-A makes another delivery and American sleeper agents get ready to make more attacks on America. Meanwhile, Colin Powell will continue to buddy up with Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

This is really sad. In six months, we went from "If you're not with us, you're against us" to "Arafat is our friend who wants peace if only we will give him a chance." America is taking it right up the backside. With friends like this, who needs enemas?

Bush demands Israel pullout, (nod, nod, wink wink) Bush sends his envoy (next thursday), but first he must stop at all the Arab Nations (yeah that will help). Then we need coffee, and...

Never trust a man who never had or raised children of his own. Buchanan will always be a miserable dolt who one expects on his death bed will be freneticly reciting excerpts of Mein Kampf interspersed with oral revelations of times he and Nixon pleasured each other in the Oval Office. Of course, this is not to say that he didn't have some valid points in his recent book.

Yeah Pat, what Sharon obviously needs to do is stop this effective action (there's been no suicide bombers since action against the terrorists started). Then the terrorist attacks would commence once more, not only in Israel but all over the world as the new crop of malcontents learns from the Palies how to terroize their way to victory.

I'm convinced that this is all being orchestrated. I could be wrong, but this little "tiff" is probably well planned. It puts America in the good graces of the Arabs and Eurosnots, while (as AII said) wink wink nod nod Israel is doing what it must.

Notice the UN resolution said Israel must withdraw from the cities...? That means that the EU/UN consents to Israel surrounding the cities.

Israel takes a step back, and now the Arabs have to take a step forward. As I said a few days ago, since the Eurosnots are in the mood to appease, let them appease Sharon!

Buchanan should move to France where they'll appreciate his protectionist, pro Arab, Surrender First! views.

I thought it was a pretty straightforward commentary. More in the line of GW bashing then anti-Semitic. Of course a lot of the locals hate Pat with a passion, and his criticism of Israeli policy, and the blind support in the halls of congress, is seen as racially motivated. His comparison of Eitam to Milosevic, is not that out of line, but of course I didn't see the big deal about Slobodan either. Personally I think we should support Israel to the hilt, and let them do as they see fit. Bush should have kept his comments to the back channel, so as not to be rebuffed in public, but of course he didn't. He could have used some of that highly regarded experience in his cabinet, and kept his mouth shut. Then again, maybe his cabinet is overrated, as his decision making seems to be on this issue.

Another Shot In The Foot

Israel's idea of partnership is for the United States to do what it says while it refuses to adopt any suggestions we make. Look, here are the facts: Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said the day he took office that he would not negotiate a final settlement with the Palestinians. And during his entire time in office, he has refused to meet with Yasser Arafat and has engaged in a campaign to discredit Arafat and to break the spirit of the Palestinians. When the Saudi peace plan was proposed, he rejected it immediately. Israel, he said and still says, will never withdraw to the 1967 boundaries. Well, no withdrawal, no peace; no peace, no Arab cooperation with the U.S. scheme to overthrow Saddam.

We are in the beginning of payback time for our hypocritical policy of exempting Israel from every one of the ideals that we laboriously preach. Self-determination is a must for Albanians in Kosovo - not for Palestinians. Refugees have a right to return or receive compensation - but not Palestinian refugees. Countries must obey U.N. Security Council resolutions - but not Israel, which sits in defiance of more than 60. Countries that routinely violate human rights deserve sanctions - except Israel. Countries that assassinate political enemies are state sponsors of terrorism - but not Israel.

Countries must not use American-donated weapons for offensive purposes - except for Israel. People who commit war crimes must be put on trial - unless they are Israelis.

Bush evidently thinks he can win the Arab countries over, just like he thought he could win Beady eyed Daschle over. His war on terror is going to collapse with decisions like this. He is a guaranted to be a one termer.
