My dad had an office on the 20th floor, about halfway up. They found chairs, desks, computer monitors and files from his office on the street below after that tornado hit.

Actually, the costs to tear down the Bank One building are more than to just leave it standing. There's so much asbestos in the building, it would have to be dismantled BY HAND. No implosions allowed. The owners have, last I heard, just decided to do nothing.
