There are some unclear things here. Why isn’t that journal in the hands of the police? Why didn’t they confiscate it?

Also, I watched Brenda’s testimony on Court TV. The Prosecutor tried to get in that she “ran the sweeper” before the police came, and

They hired a PR person for their TV interviews. However, the judge wouldn’t allow this information to be brought in.

There are two repeating themes on the local San Diego news message boards, and crime forums.

1.    There is a steady drumbeat for CPS to investigate the VD's, based upon their revelations of illegal drug abuse.

2.    There are numerous inquiries as to why the VD's keep their STEAM CLEANER sitting out....if you have a dog which pees that much, wouldn't you keep it in the bathroom, on the tile? Or on a puppy pee pad??  That's what we did with our dogs...Also, STEAM CLEANERS
