An article in the "Modesto Bee" says the FBI thinks he might have gone there. If criminals cross state lines, isn't that reason enough for the FBI to get involved? I think so.

It's reason enough, but not motivation enough. This kind of low-level criminal activity (crossing state lines) happens all the time and the FBI doesn't even twitch. I really think there's go to be more to it.

I think not. Not unless they are fleeing to avoid a FEDERAL prosecution. The Feebs only get involved in feral gooberment cases,not state cases.

Then again,just wait until we get our new national ID's! Having a fake one of these babies WOULD be a federal offense,and get the Feebs after your butt.
