Arrested at 9AM in a bar. Ouch!

He should have gotten a license in Arkansas or Tennessee.
I hear they give out some pretty good ones there.

The FBI issued the warrant for his arrest last week. Fort
Interesting. I wonder why the FBI has jurisdiction in a state driver's license matter? There must be more to the story.

I wonder why the FBI has jurisdiction in a state driver's license matter? My thoughts exactly. Could it be the FBI thinks Ol' Darrell has more to tell about Chandra and they are puttin' the squeeze on him?

So he got picked up on having a fake ID in Broward County? He was simply waiting for the polls to open.

Have you ever seen this guy? I know you can't always judge by looks, but this guy definetly looks like a thug.
To: Lee'sGhost
One looks like a thug and one looks like Manson, the psycho. What a family portrait, I'd hate to see the rest of them.

Just had a friend FReep mail me with the same suggestion.
This might be one base that Gary didn't cover well enough.
Darrell could spend a lot of time in jail.
That is, unless he has something important to say.

An article in the "Modesto Bee" says the FBI thinks he might have gone there. If criminals cross state lines, isn't that reason enough for the FBI to get involved? I think so.

It's reason enough, but not motivation enough. This kind of low-level criminal activity (crossing state lines) happens all the time and the FBI doesn't even twitch. I really think there's go to be more to it.

If criminals cross state lines, isn't that reason enough for the FBI to get involved? I think so. I think not. Not unless they are fleeing to avoid a FEDERAL prosecution. The Feebs only get involved in feral gooberment cases, not state cases.
Then again, just wait until we get our new national ID's! Having a fake one of these babies WOULD be a federal offense, and get the Feebs after your butt.

He looks more like Willie Nelson . . .

I was trying to be charitable, sort of feel that way this morning. He did not deserve Gary for a brother, no matter what. Har T Har.
