I was listening to part of "CNN Late Edition" on C-SPAN radio on Sunday, and I swear that the ethically and linguistically challenged Donna Brazile referred to this issue twice but used the term "SHALLOW government." Did anyone else hear this?

I didn't hear her, but I suspect she just misunderstood Clinton once referring to it as a "SWALLOW government."
