For those not around Milwaukee, the (soon-to-be-formerly) most-popular talk show host (Mark Belling) runs a football picking contest, where someone picks 1 college or pro football game against the point spread. They can risk each previous week's winnings to go on to 8 wins and $50,000. Nobody's won a dime off the game yet (they all either have went on and failed before getting 8 in a row or missed the Super Bowl). Because this is the second year in the row that the Super Bowl represented 1 week in a row for the audience participant, Belling allowed him to pick on the over/under, and the participant took the under.
