I checked with medical staff. They did not know if the inmates have a constitutional right to medical care, they just knew that the laws say they get it. To me, it is the same thing, but the bottom line is, he gets the best care money can buy, and the tax payers pick up the tab. I know for sure some scum bags have committed crimes, just to go to jail, so they can get the mediacl treatment they need.
