LOL! Yeah, I've heard there is southward smuggling of full-capacity toilets into the northern states. If I lived close enough, I might have tried it. I once got yelled at for slowing to look at the toilet that was out in the trash by a house being remodelled.
Dictatorship via bureaucracy. At least it comes slowly.
And in Mexico you can buy Freon, Chlorodane and a lot of other things that we can't buy here. I still don't think that qualifies Mexico as the home of freedom.
