Just wanted to state first off that I am a Libertarian, and not a disruptor or Hillary Clinton apologist. That being said, do you guys think that it's possible that the booing was deleted because the network thought it might make the public look at the firefighters in a negative light? I am well aware of network bias, but is this the only reason that the booing could have been deleted? I am not interested in making any of you mad, especially since I am new around here. I just wanted to hear your honest opinions on this.

No I think it was deleted because her book deal with Simon & Schuster is for 8 million smackers, and Viacom owns both VH-1 and S&S.

No, the public is behind the firefighters and policemen, not Hitlery.

The TRUTH would be nice in the media. Any show that is a current event and is Edited, excuse me, doctored is not the truth...Again we are dealing with a portion of the celebrity world. No truth there....

Welcome aboard. VH1, from what I understand, did not edit the booing of Richard Gere. No, it is all about protection of Hillary. The firemen and policemen have nothing to apologize for regarding the treatment of Hillary.

That would be a good angle...in a reasonable world.
Unfortunately, when talking about Hillary! we enter a warped parallel universe.
My gut opinion? VH-1 and other media guardians of Hillary!'s image were afraid that
millions of people might actually hear some of the fire and police persons saying
"Get off the stage; you're the one responsible for this!"
And these average Joes and Josephines might actually start thinking that maybe, just maybe,
Hillary! and her (very occassional) pillow-talk friend Bill did coddle terrorists and made
INS procedures so porous that they might bear some culpability for 9-11.
But aside from my naive personal opinion, consider things I've heard in the media
from fairly reliable sources:
1. The booing of Richard Gere on the same tape is NOT masked with crowd noise
2. a rebroadcast of Dubya's first post-9-11 speech somehow did not include the famed
scenes of Hillary! rolling her eyes and generally visually dissing Dubya
3. On the one-hour Dateline NBC special of the heroes of Flight 93, ONE person who
could have been a potential victim (if the terrorists had gotten back to Washington, D.C.)
was interviewed. Of all the 553 (?) Congresspersons, Senators, staff, etc., guess who
the featured "grateful citizen" was?
I'm sure you're smart enough to realize it was Hillary!.
Parts of the media are doing all they can to make Hillary! look all beauty, with no
of the very real warts.
