Turks and Kurds have to work out a deal with Iraqi norhtern oil fields as a prize dangled by US. The southern part may be a defacto province of Iran, considering the holiest sites of Shi'ite such as Karbala is in the southern Iraq. And the middle is for Sunni non-Kurd Muslims, small landlocked country which was once Iraq.
