I wonder if we're going to start to see a change in the focus of the public statements on the anthrax attacks, giving a little more credence to the idea of foreign sponsorship and perhaps starting to put Iraq in the spotlight?

Uncle Bill says Israeli intelligence is satisfied that Iraq delivered anthrax to Atta. I don't know what his evidence is for saying so. Since Israel has long wanted to embroil us with Iraq, the news, if true, has to be treated with caution. But I think it is significant.
