I have nothing but contempt for the Saud family. Haven't read much about them but from what I've read it sounds like a whole clan of Caligulas running around, oppressing the general population and thinking they're gonna keep getting away with it. Their responsibility for 9/11 seems rather obvious. They consist of somewhere around 10,000 supported by 20-30,000 non-saudi mercs. The real GDP of the average saudi has dropped 10 fold over the last 15 years. And they're not cooperating with us. A few bribes ain't gonna cut it anymore. Things have radically changed since 9/11.
