Little girl in need of good thoughts and prayers

Heavenly Father, You always have a special place in Your heart for little children, especially those who are sick and suffering. Your Son said it best, "Let the little children come to me...", and so I know You are intensely interested in this little girl. Surround her with Your might angels, Dearest Father, and give all wisdom and understand to the doctors caring for her. Let them know exactly how to treat her, and let them follow Your guidance in all things. Father, please lay Your healing hands on her to accelerate this healing, and give her parents and loved ones a sign that she is getting better. Have mercy on this family, My God, that Your name be glorified by all who hear of her healing. Thank You Father! In Jesus' precious name I ask these things...Amen!

Update, I just got off the phone with Dennie, and Kathy is not in very good health at all. The Doctors have an inkling of what's wrong, Fungal Meningitis, THEY THINK, but still really have no clue.

She needs all the prayers she can get. Please pray for this little girl, PLEASE. Keep her in your thoughts throughout the day. She is a brave little girl, but needs all the help she can get.

I guess that you aren't too particular, but I will pray to the Creator God of the universe through His Son, Jesus Christ on her behalf. All of my "good thoughts" are worthless.

Sort of reminds me of the National Service held in the National Cathedral. We certainly don't want to offend anyone, so we don't care who we invite to "pray".

I am a hearty believer in prayer and good thoughts, good energy is good energy, whether in your beliefs you call it prayer, meditation, good thoughts, whatever. Good energy is what this little girl needs and however you believe you can provide it, I ask that you do so. No, I am not picky, the power of prayer, no matter what you call it, is amazing!!

You should be very picky about who prays for the little girl.All prayer is not equal..

There is only one that healed the lame,made the blind to see and raised the dead..and in His name I pray That the Lord of heaven and earth guide and direct the hands and eyes of the Doctors this day,as a sign and testimony and for His Glory

I don't care if your Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Wiccan, Etc, etc ad nauseum.

I don't care if you pray, meditate, think good thoughts, send good energy, WHATEVER.

This little girl needs help wherever she can get it, and therefore I am going to ask EVERY person out there, even if you're an ATHIEST, I do not care. I want as many people thinking good thoughts and praying for this little girl as I can get!!

Almighty God, Most Merciful Father, all things are under Your control, from the smallest of subatomic particles to the overall motion and future of the entire Universe. Father, You have known each of us from before we were born, and You know little Kathy and her parents very well. You know what pathogen has invaded her body, and You know where it is hiding. Kathy's every heartbeat is known to You, and continues only because of You. You know the agony of her parents and her godfather, Aric2000, as they are unable to fight this invader themselves.

Father, I ask that You touch little Kathy and eradicate every disease-causing organism from her body; weaken these creatures to the point that they die quickly as medication is delivered to her. Keep her alive, Dearest Father, and support her every system until her own body can rally to fight this disease itself. Surround her with Your mighty angels for protection, not just for now, but for the rest of her life. Send Your Holy Spirit to comfort her parents, and give them every assurance that Kathy is in Your care and that You love her. I ask these things, Father, in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ...Amen!
