Unfortunately, there is no rule saying that a candidate for high office has to give up his Senate seat; see Joe LIEberman for proof. Bob Dole had the grace to do it voluntarily when he ran.

If (God forbid) she did win, she'd try to find some loop-hole in the Constitution where by she could be both President AND Senator at the same time.
