I've had the same problem for about a week. Formerly, Netscape returned to where I left off. There has been an apparent program change at Freerepublic that causes it.

I am using Communicator 4.79 and I am also having the same problem. I have noticed that the same thing happens on Ebay also. Returns back to the top of the page. A real pain.
