If blacks would stop the destructive out of wedlock impregnation cycle, perhaps more black children could be born into families that could support and nurture their young ones. As it is - with 70+% of all black children born as bastards - to mothers that use them as a meal ticket to secure federal and state welfare payments - the blacks will continue down their self destructive path...

The Federal and State governments NEVER learned, the more you subsidize, the more you get. By rewarding unwed mothers with more money than they could earn working - they preferred screwing their way into an income.

Welfare must be ENDED not mended.

I fear it has already gone beyond correction. This will be the next major problem America has to deal with --- a disowned and bastard criminal class.

Where have you been the last 4 years? Welfare is ended. Able-bodied parents now have to work in order to get benefits. What we're dealing with now is the aftermath of welfare.
