You know what I think we should do? Radical, but that is because I am upset and mad at the way this has been handled...
I think we should boycott the airlines, planes, certain airports, etc... until they do something better than they are doing now to tell us the truth, and put better safety measures in, and I don't want to hear any nonsense about "how long the lines are going to be"...

I agree with your idea of a show of disgust, but crippling the airline business would likely make things even worse. It seems that power can lift you above the consequences that ordinary citizens must face!
Although as you mention, if we could shun one major airport for a week or so that would show TPTB (the powers that be) that we are serious.
