Why isn't she armed, indeed? I've toured a couple of nuke plants, years ago, and even in those peaceful days, the Glocks were in full effect. I'd hope there'd be guys and gals with rifles out there these days, and a lot more of 'em.

While this was not a nuke plant, I would think that the security would be carrying a gun. I honestly don't remember if our guards were armed at coal plants 10 years ago when I frequented such places up north, but I certainly beleive that they ought to be now.
The other question I would have is why was she chasing them alone. She ought to have summonsed another guard and went after them as a team.
Anyway, I'm glad she's OK.

A friend of mine was a muckety-muck in a nuke plant. There's a lot more than Glocks surrounding those places, even without the National Guard. Pity the poor b@#$%rd who tries to push his way into a nuker. There won't be enough left to bury him...
