I guess you're right. I can post the definition from the dictionary, but I think that's a moot point....I think we all know what that means, but more importantly, whats the guage for determining if the government, or portion thereof, that is being rebelled against, is operating in a lawful manner.
I'm not a lawyer, but my guess is that this would all be determined in a trial after the fact, just like the Neurumburg trial, and other similar things. You can be guilty of a crime, if the act you did was following an unlawful order. You can be let of if you were following a lawful order. If you disobey an order (or law), if in the trial that law is found to be unlawful or unconstitutional, you will be acquitted.
Not positive on that...just my thoughts. Wow, close to 500 posts on this thread!
