I'm not sure life will ever be the same as it was before September 11. I rather think not.

At the same time, it appears that each of the warnings issued by the government has no expiration date, except that when we receive a new one that is no more specific than the previous one, it leads to the conclusion that the old one was no longer in effect.

I really don't expect the government to issue an all-clear from the last warning or any warning but it would be nice if we could somehow signal to the public that we're moving from Red Alert to Yellow Alert.

Let's suppose that the last red alert had to do with smallpox...........WHEN would the first cases start cropping up?

There's been TOO much talk about smallpox. Seems to me it's a 'prep' for when the thing breaks out.
