How many hundreds of thousands of prematurely dead people would be alive today if we had the guts and good sense to do the one thing that really needed to be done back when the numbers of infected were few?

Had this epidemic not been political we would have been allowed to do normal contact tracing and mass screening.

100% Quarantine of all those AT RISK of spreading this disease. HIV (AIDS) should be eradicated in One Generation!
