OK, but would you really give ALL of the CURRENT US vaccine (however much that is) on a first-come, first-serve basis?

Not as long as it's only the 15 million vaccines, but since it's a live virus vaccine, I don't see why it would take months to make more, they should allow some of the regulations to be lowered, allow more labs to produce it. A live virus like vaccinia can reproduce itself overnight in the right host, it isn't attenuated so it doesn't need all that much done to it. I think it's possible they are making a lot of it (really the virus makes itself) and it will soon be available, but I don't know why some are implying it will take months.
