What may have to happen is some city or some state will have to be willing to go to court to defend a prohibition of "Middle Eastern men" in their domain.

If ten western states did that, for example, it would put tremendous pressure on W and Congress to get off their duffs and do what is necessary to protect the country.

Any courageous mayors or governors out there ready to tell their legal counsel that "I know it is illegal but we are doing it anyway because the safety of our citizens is more important that an out-of-date set of laws. And if they want to throw me in jail for violating the Middle Eastern men's civil rights than so be it."?
