When they first started chasing it they said it looked like it was going straight to the Coast Guard base.
Not sure where that is on the map.

I don't know where the Coast Guard base is, but what I understood from the scanner earlier was that they were identifying the truck location at the time as being near the base. I didn't hear them say that they thought it was headed toward the base.

Only been there, Boston that is, once, but I did drive up to the entrance to that base. It's more or less in the same area, but more clockwise along the waterfront from the Charles.
