If I remember correctly the way they caught one of the culprits of the original WTC bombing was he went back to the truck rental company to try to get his deposit back.

Why would the guy from the 93 bombing go back to the Truck Rental office and try to get returned the rental deposit on the truck he rented, when the truck was in smitherines?
