Cheese with rice and beans, and a little hamburger is a class act. However, my favorite is Muenster cheese. I'll sit cutting pieces off with a knife and sprinkling powdered jello out of the package on it. Cottage cheese with jello on it is the poor man's ice cream.

Know I no's you a phony. We was rich as sin and had clots w/jello practly ever nite when I was a kid. Sides, clots aint real cheese. Real cheese comes in those indivdual little wrappers.
