Rumsfeld was asked about the transfer of arms from Pakistan to the Taliban today at his news conference with General Meyers.
He opined that this transfer of arms was not a "conscious effort" of the Pakistani government, which implies that it still is coming from Pakistan government sources.

If you read the article you'd know that it is simply referring to a story by Bill Gertz where he uses information from US Military officials to make this assertion. But then again you still probably need an 'objective' source.
