I rode in on the same bus as Doctor Raoul -- it was set up by Jethro Tull. My greatful thanks to JT, his brother for organizing the bus and the Robinson family for organizing this great resource -- Free Republic!

Can't fail to mention Don and Teri Adams, for whose troubles the March for Justice was established. Lynne Abraham, the DA who kowtowed to the thugs who beat them, the DA who actually prosecuted Don at one point -- she's still DA in Philadelphia.

Justice is still broke, still needs great efforts to repair.

My brother and I drove from Wisconsin...and I was honored to carry the Wis. flag in the opening ceremony. A great time was enjoyed by all ('cept maybe Eschoir).

Yes, my hubby and I were there. It was a wonderful, glorious day. Never had done anything like it before. Met Jim Rob and Ann Coulter autographed my copy of her book. We have wonderful pictures. After the births of my children and grandchildren this was one of the best days of my life. I will never forget the people we met -- it was like being with old friends. Met Sam Adams in the elevator of our hotel -- discovered we live about 7 miles from each other. The pizza party that nite was wonderful also. God Bless the Freepers!

I was there. It was a beautiful thing. A finer bunch of Americans I have never met.

My husband and I were there also! I remember that all the signs were "home made", a sure indication that these were not bussed-in professional protesters. They were so amusing! I remember a HUGE Ronald Reagan poster and dogs wearing protest signs. That morning I had finished off my own contibution - of clinton with a moveable "wagging finger" admonishing America from his lofty perch.

Doesn't that day seem like light years ago? SO MUCH has happened since then. We are in much better hands now, and the tide has turned at last.

Thank you Jim Robinson for bringing us all together!

My husband and I were there. I made it a working holiday and interviewed several people, including Lucianne Goldberg, for an article I wrote for my newspaper upon my return.

I loved that sign with Reagan. The March for Justice was an absolutely astounding event organized in three weeks over the internet and bringing together 5,000 (Park Police estimate) conservatives from across the USA who loved their country and believed in the Constitution and the Rule of Law.

It was a perfect day -- warm, sunny skies, slight breeze, gifted speakers, family atmosphere, C-Span coverage, inspiring and witty signs, the Washington Monument at our backs and a view of the White House behind the speaker's podium, people with a purpose. Flags were everywhere.

I had lurked a long time at Free Republic and had just become a member of the DC Chapter at the beginning of the month. I volunteered to help with organization, clean-up, whatever and am the proud owner of a red "Event Staff" hat from the March for Justice.

It was an honor to meet fellow FReepers from across the land, though it was impossible to meet them all, and feel like we were taking part in a big family reunion. I know I will never forget that day.

I was there with my spouse. I enjoyed meeting many of you. We carried the George Washington poster with the tear coming down the cheek. I still have that poster I made for the day. God Bless America and thanks Jim Rob.

I was there. Went with another freeper named Republic. It was a great rally and met many fine freepers. All the speakers were great, too.

Has it been three years already? I was there with my husband and stepdaughter (who was 4-1/2 at the time). It was the first "march" we'd ever attended and it was awesome. I loved seeing the signs and banners other FReepers had made, as well as waving our own (though the wind that day ate one of them!) Bob Barr and Alan Keyes were fabulous but I think ReJoyce really brought the house down!

Great day! Great memories!

It was a real pleasure to meet so many that until that day were only screen names. In a matter of minutes, it was more like a family reunion.

There were too many memorable moments to pick just one.

Also attended the March for Liberty in both 1999 and 2000. MfL originated here on FR.

All were definitely worth the trip.

That's exactly how I felt. Itwas not only like meeting old friends for the first time, it was meeting your best friends for the first time.
