You'd love Murrary Rothbard's essay (I think it was Murray Rothbard): "Invade the World!"
I read your cite, but I fail to see the signifigance. The Rothbard's piece was a Libertarian whine and cheese piece. He makes the case for exactly the opposite of my point of view, which is: Our friends - welcome, our ideological opposites - to hell with them. Our enemies - Distroy them.
His premise seemed to be to hide in a hole and forget we are the greatest Nation on the planet.
