No, we do not have any neutron bombs in our arsenal. George Bush, elder, had them destroyed. This according to Sam Cohen, inventor of the neutron bomb. There is speculation that Red China, India, and Israel possess it.

There was some speculation here a couple years ago that Clinton had allowed the Chinese to steal the 'neutron' technology. I remarked at the time that I hoped that was true...the little bomb that could, couldn't. The 'inventor' also designed the 'shoot around the corner rifle'...and kept shooting himself in the foot.
