I think we can inject a note of irony into the process, and at the same time ensure that he'll receive whatever type of abuse would be the most demeaning and painful for a moslem.

First, capture him, alive. Then, cut off all his hair except for two long locks, one on either side of his forehead, hanging down in front of his ears. Curl them. (If his hair isn't long enough, keep him captive, feeding him nothing but chicken soup with garlic, until the aroma is seeping from his pores, until his hair grows to the desired length.)

Then, dress him up in a set of clothes purchased from a Hassidic tailor.

Finally, drop him off at the mosque in Mecca, then stand back and videotape the proceedings for posterity.
