You Don't. The verses used also contain very telling guidelines for us to discern if it is real.
The fact is I grew up in a Pentacostal setting and I not once saw a church follow the Bible in it's use of thie "heavenly language".
Remember one thing. We have been directed to be "sober minded." It is against scripture for us to lose our witts so if someone is claiming God is responsible for their flopping to the floor uncontrolably, laughing uncontrolably, speaking out in jibberish uncontrolably, etc. Don't believe it. God does not contradict Himself nor the charector (fruits) which we are to display.

Just FYI, this is debated even in Pentecostal circles. In the AoG, there is much debate over whether or not these are controllable or uncontrollable. There hasn't been a concensus reached (though I fall in the controlled camp). I have experienced many phenomena, including "slain in the spirit," tongues, etc. At no point was I not in control (IMO). I made a conscious decision at each step to surrender my will to God and had the option at any point to remove myself from the experience. This is just FWIW.
