If the problem is American exploitation and cruelty around the world, then why aren't Chileans, Vietnamese, El Salvadorans etc sneaking into the USA to strap explosives to themselves and kill Americans?
Why is it just the moslems doing this? And why are they doing it in the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Israel, Sudan, Algeria, Nigeria, Macedonia etc?
Are evil American agents at work in all of these nations? Or is the common denominator radical islam?
