To: afraidfortherepublic Medved earlier questioned why we assume "Allah" is the God of Judaism and Christianity. He pointed out that (paraphrase) "unlike Moses and Jesus, Mohammed was a warrior." And said Allah is a warrior God. I've never heard anyone question whether the God, Allah, of Islam is the same as Christianity or Judaism. Not the Rabbi last night on KFI-LA, not my world religion teacher back in Catholic high school.
Al'ah is not the Jewish/Christian God. He is an Arabic pagan god the moon god specifically. He has NO relationship to Yahweh whatsoever.
