Great detective work Ron, and congratulations to Bob McCown.
Just the tiniest reservation here, as to whether this awesome weapon, soon to go into action, should be coupled with an inscription approaching levity. Perhaps the effect might be more imposing and reflection-inducing when coupled with a sombre title : 'the sword and shield of freedom', or similar? Cheers, B.
