Reminds me of a quote from Fred Shero (I think), coach of the Philadelphia Flyers (the Broad Street Bullies) in the 1970s.
"We are the toughest team in this league, but those Boston Bruins scare the hell out of me. They ain't tough, but I'm sure at least half of them are certifiably nuts."
I prefer the late Philadelphia Mayor, Frank Rizzo, who said that he was going to be so tough, he'd make Attila the Hun look like a panzy!
He then went out and had his police department drop a bomb on a house in his own city. Burned down two blocks!
Shero would definitely be the one to recognize "nuts".
