To: Clinton's a liar
In theory, that CIA memo on Victoria represented a major felony for conducting espionage on U.S. citizens. That's no small indicator of what's actually true true in America; as well as the protection received. Major bummer!

In mid 1999 Ms. Cummock won her case in the D.C. Court of Appeals. In the long drawn out and impeded discovery process a memo was discovered from a CIA staffer, specializing in psychological profiling.

This jumped out at me immediately, but I waited to read both threads to see if there were other comments. Wonder if that CIA staffer is willing to bite the poison pill or rather spill the beans on who assigned him to this task?
