He probably doesnt care about the constitution or liberty. For some of the folk on FR, clearly a minority, are very selective in what parts of the constitution they accept. Some for example, venerate only the 2nd ammendment. None of the rest matters. But dont threaten to take away their right to own a bazooka, rocket launcher or 60 cal machine gun. Ive seen some even claim the 2nd ammendment gives them the right to own nuclear weapons. Not many but a few kooks who feel that right is unlimited but all the other rights can be restricted as they see fit.
