I've heard comparisons of Bill Clinton to Caligula and G.W. Bush to Claudius. If an historical pattern is being followed, the next president to follow will be a Nero.

In addition to all his other physical problems, Claudius had a salad growing out of his head.
This is, of course, the origin of the "Caesar Salad."
