Fox News Digital has confirmed that a key investigative panel in the Senate has obtained Dr. Anthony Fauci’s pandemic-era cellphone.
The cellphone was transferred from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations chaired by Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis.
A spokesperson for the senator told Fox News Digital the subcommittee "obtained a copy of Dr. Fauci’s iPhone that was used during his time at HHS."
Whether the panel has access to the phone remains unclear.
The committee’s procurement of the phone, first reported by The Wall Street Journal, comes as the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee readies to decide whether to hold Fauci in contempt of Congress. It also follows the HHS' move to dump over 1,000 pages of Fauci's personal diary to the panel just days before the blockbuster hearing.

It certainly looks like he’s going to be arrested soon. The panel voted to hold him in contempt.
Fauci is allegedly smart. So it amazes me that he used a government computer to write his “diary” and sent a bunch of personal messages to reporters and others on his government phone. Most employees understand that there is zero expectation of privacy on your work computer or work phone. I guess Fauci’s supreme arrogance made him think information on the phone and computer would never be revealed. And, of course, his lackeys in the media are portraying all this as some monstrous invasion of privacy.
If Kamala had been elected, he would be home-free. Democrats get sloppy because there is no oversight of them.
It would be lovely to see him in jail. I’ll just be happy if they bankrupt him with legal fees.

Lose ends are being cleaned up, and it sounds like Fauci is being thrown under the bus.
Yes, on an 8-7 straight party-line vote. The democommies are doing everything they can to protect the little worm. I think maybe that is because, now that the world knows that Fraudci inflated the CFR in his public statements, and pushed for school closings and lockdowns, at least some people are asking why. And the obvious answer is that it was part of the larger conspiracy among the democommies/leftists to enable and commit massive vote fraud in 2020.
Apparently the committee did. I imagine it has to go to the floor, where I doubt there will be 50 votes to uphold.
