Non-citizen registered to vote in Lancaster County cast ballot, Pennsylvania Department of State says

A non-citizen who was registered to vote in Lancaster County did vote and has been referred to law enforcement for investigation, according to the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Above: Pennsylvania's voter registration process explained.

"The four improper registrations about which the Department notified Lancaster County were a result of human error. In one instance, an individual filled out a paper application with the County and identified that they were a non-citizen, but the registration was approved anyway. That individual voted and has been referred to law enforcement for investigation," Department of State Communications Director Matt Heckel told WGAL News 8 Anchor Tasmin Mahfuz.

Heckel said the other three who were improperly registered did not vote.

"The other three individuals registered through PennDOT. PennDOT notified the Department of State of these human errors and Lancaster County was promptly notified and the County took prompt action," he said. "All voter registration applicants must affirm -- under penalty of perjury -- that they meet the requirements before they are registered to vote. If a non-citizen attempted to vote in a Pennsylvania election, they would be subject to severe penalties including imprisonment and deportation."

Earlier this week the Lancaster County Board of Elections said it identified five people who appeared to have been improperly registered to vote, including one apparent non-citizen.

Officials canceled the registrations, notified the affected individuals and referred any attempted voting cases to the county district attorney. The county also began reviewing other registration records. Pennsylvania’s registration process

Pennsylvania voter-registration applicants must provide a driver’s license number, state identification number or the final four digits of a Social Security number.

Applicants must also swear that they are U.S. citizens, Pennsylvania residents for at least 30 days and at least 18 by the next election.

Applications submitted through PennDOT’s automatic-registration system are forwarded to county election offices for eligibility review.

First-time voters at a polling location must present approved identification.

Providing false information can result in criminal penalties, fines and possible deportation.

What is a non-citizen

Not a U.S. citizen. May have legal permission to live and work in the U.S. Visa holder. Refugee. Undocumented immigrants.

By the numbers

As of July, 2026, Lancaster County had 364,181 registered voters. Here's the party breakdown:

Democrat: 112,905 Republican: 183,857 No affiliation: 51,409 Other: 16,010

That’s right. If you are going to cast a ballot as an illegal alien it’s bloody stupid to register first when Democrats will pay you to do it in somebody else’s name.

At what point can we admit that election fraud IS in fact widespread?

How many GOP election wins over the past 15 years have been stolen by the Democrats? How many moderate Democrat primary wins have been stolen by the communist candidates?

The penalty for election fraud or solicitation of election fraud should be very, very stiff - including possible capital punishment. It doesn’t qualify as espionage or treason by the letter of the law, but it’s just as serious in my view.

At some point when there’s more than ONE involved.

A real communist candidate would be pushing for the nationalization of every industry, and the land reforms that come after for the “peasants.”

Nobody is running on such a platform. There aren’t even many real communists left in the world. Even China has adopted predatory capitalism as its economic frame.

If these SOBs have the need to vote, they need to go back to the outhouse they crawled out of and vote. Every American, regardless of which one of the 170 genders they belong to, should be required to be registered for the draft at 21 years old and given an I.D. Those not registered or that have no I.D. should be ineligible to vote. Voters must show their I.D. to receive a ballot at the polls that can be taken home with them and mailed in once it is completed and sent back prior to election day.

“should be required to be registered for the draft at 21 years old and given an I.D.”

Make that 18.

“when Democrats will pay you to do it in somebody else’s name.” Ignorance of the system only assists the fraud.

1) Both Legal and illegal non-citizens are prohibited from voting in PA... and 99.9% of the US. To limit it to illegals gives the impression that legal non-citizens can vote, which is most of those with drivers licenses and registration by Motor Voters due to poor design (or intentional bad design approved by EAC/HAVA) or automatic registration when they get a drivers license.

2) Vote harvester (In IL mostly patronage or patronage wannabee) citizens vote on behalf of noncitizens (both legals and illegals). Non-citizens are not vote harvesters and never vote on behalf of someone else.

3) Vote harvesters do not discriminate. They vote on behalf of the dead, minors 16-17 who have a drivers license, non-citizens, movers, vacant houses, vacant lots.

I did a lot of legal work in Lancaster County. It definitely had its share of corruption. However, it was pristine compared to Northumberland County.

Ignorance of the system only assists the fraud.

The only "system" Democrats care about is the one by which they can claim they won.

1) Both Legal and illegal non-citizens are prohibited from voting in PA... and 99.9% of the US.

That doesn't pretend illegals functioning as mules delivering "mail in ballots" against dead, relocated, or motor-voter vaporware registrations. Such are bought and sold in California, which blows your "99%.9" fantasy out of the water.

I'm not wasting time with more.

Haha…it won’t be long before the chorus of Leftist dimwits, shills, and trolls begin with their “IT’S ONLY ONE EXAMPLE!”

Heck, they’ll probably show up on FR and begin that BS.

Then, when it proves to be more than one as it did in New Jersey, they’ll say oh, it’s not widespread.

Then, when it’s more widespread, they’ll say it didn’t make any difference.

Then when it’s shown to make a difference, they’ll say oh that’s just one race it made a difference in…

And it will go on and on ad nauseum

**In one instance, an individual filled out a paper application with the County and identified that they were a non-citizen, but the registration was approved anyway. That individual voted and has been referred to law enforcement for investigation,” **

The individual identified himself as a non-citizen and they told him he could vote anyway? Absent anything else, I’d cut this individual some slack. If the authorities don’t know what’s what, how is he supposed to know?

A non citizen. As in one. The stories’ only purpose is to make seem like an outlier. We know better
