LONGVIEW, Texas — Three women have been arrested in connection with an assault investigation stemming from an incident at a Longview nightclub in the early morning hours of June 21. Arrest documents obtained by WFAA are shedding new information about a woman being allegedly assaulted in the parking lot. Ciarrianne Fuller, 21, of Longview, Dejae Brown, 21, of Pittsburg, and Alana Mumphrey, 21, of Longview, are all charged with assault causing bodily injury in connection with an alleged assault at Whiskey J's, located at 300 TX-63 Spur in Longview.
According to an arrest affidavit, a person working security for Whiskey J's saw a large crowd gathering in the parking lot. The security worker told investigators he heard someone from that crowd say, "the next white (expletive) that walks out, I'm going to hit her." The affidavit states the security worker then saw the victim walk through the parking lot before she was assaulted by a group of women believed to be from the same crowd. The security worker helped break up the assault and get the victim away from the crowd, the affidavit said. The victim reported having injuries to the back of her head and her right eye, court documents say. Another witness, who didn't know the victim or the suspects, said he heard a woman say, "any white girl can get it," and "Free Karmelo" before the victim was reportedly assaulted, the document read. The statement, "Free Karmelo," likely refers to Karmelo Anthony, who was recently sentenced to 35 years in prison for murder in connection with the stabbing death of Austin Metcalf at a Frisco track meet in 2025. The witness reported that there were no issues that happened inside the bar, according to the police affidavit.
The affidavit says that victim gave social media profile information connected to the suspects. The victim later told police that Fuller, Brown and Mumphrey were the ones who allegedly assaulted her. The victim also found a social media post from Brown dated June 10 that said, "takin fades for Karmelo all day today, MOBILE ," according to the affidavit. Investigators said that is a term that means to engage in confrontation deliberately. The affidavit also states that another officer assisting with the investigation recognized two of the suspects as former classmates of the officer's siblings.
During the investigation, detectives obtained a text message thread that included a video of the assault that had circulated online. According to the affidavit, one of the suspects wrote, "we shouldn't have done that (expletive) bro ...," During a June 24 news conference, Longview Police Department spokesperson LaDarian Brown said the department is aware of social media posts discussing potential retaliation stemming from the incident. He said the claims are being taken seriously, but there is no information indicating a broader threat to public safety. The police department is in communication with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Brown said. He encouraged people to not spread unverified information online and asked anyone with information related to the case to contact investigators. "We cannot allow rumors to outrun facts, and we cannot allow fear to do more damage than the incident itself," Brown said. Police say the investigation remains ongoing.

We don't want to let the facts get in the way of the truth.
A word that begins with “n” comes to mind.
So what I heard from the young socialist candidates about white racists being the problem are not fully correct and may be racists themselves.
"Aber Kawas (NY State Senate, Dist. 12): A Palestinian-American activist who won her primary in Queens with the backing of NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Kawas faced conservative criticism for past comments in which she blamed the September 11 terror attacks on the manifestations of "the system of capitalism and racism and White supremacy... and Islamophobia"" --City and State New York online.
So she only "faced conservative criticism"---not anything from normal, sensible folks. They think she's just fine. /S
Darializa Avila Chevalier --"She also criticized "Black" and "Arab men" for "fetishizing ugly colonizer women".-- Wikipedia. "Colonizers" are white people who took over countries as colonies.
True. I have seen several stories in the past month that say “a white man” in the allegations of a crime. Odd.
It sure does.
Best to avoid places where “they” are.
He is yesterday’s news, it seems.
