Article Dig Deeper In less than a week, the U.S. attorney in Miami supervising the probe of Obama-Biden era government weaponization secured indictments against Cuban communist dictator Raul Castro and an alleged money launderer for Venezuelan strongarm man Nicolas Maduro.
But it was Jason Reding Quinones’ indictment against one of his own former federal prosecutors for trying to steal a sealed, classified report from Jack Smith’s investigation of President Donald Trump that may have sent the loudest shockwaves through government.
The charges against former Assistant U.S. Attorney Carmen Mercedes Lineberger carry more than 20 years in prison, and put on notice the current and former FBI agents, intelligence community spies and prosecutors whose conduct is currently being examined by a grand jury in Fort Pierce, Fla.
“It’s not only a message to any prosecutor, it's a message to any government employee that you have an obligation, you take an oath to work for the government, and you take that oath to support and defend the Constitution, and to do your duties well and faithfully, and we take that here in the Southern District of Florida very seriously,” Quinones told Just the News in a wide-ranging interview.

I wonder if it would be a smart idea of this prosecuting attorney to get a remote starter for his car because if he keeps rattling the cages of the deep state his car might accidently go boom.
I think that the best we can hope for regarding Obama and HRC is that they are named as unindicted co-conspirators in some of these cases.
A “charge” of an unknown bureaucrat, not even an early hours perp walk with media witness. So the only message it sends to deep staters is nothing will happen to them as long as they commit crimes for the Dems.

In Texas there is a famous real estate tax firm that sends out thousands of letters each year, that has a “Lineberger” in the name. They have a large office in San Antonio.
Wonder if she married into the family, or if that is her maiden name.
Smith’s entire prosecution of Trump was a political PR and media-narrative operation.
Smith continued to write his “report” on Trump even after the Judge told him the case was CLOSED.
So this woman “stole” the report - certainly with the intent to release it to still achieve some of Smith’s original PR aims
She certainly wasn’t working alone.
