Zelenskiy says Russia considering plan to attack NATO country from Belarus

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Friday that Russia was seeking to draw Belarus deeper into its war in Ukraine and was weighing plans to attack Ukraine's north or a NATO country from Belarusian territory.

"We continue to document Russia's attempts to draw Belarus deeper into the war against Ukraine," Zelenskiy said on the Telegram messaging app after meeting military and intelligence officials.

He said Ukraine knew of additional contacts between Russia and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko to persuade him to join "new Russian aggressive operations".

"Russia is considering plans for operations to the south and north of Belarusian territory – either against the Chernihiv-Kyiv direction in Ukraine or against one of the NATO countries directly from the territory of Belarus," he said, without providing any further details.

Belarus borders Ukraine to the south, and NATO members Poland, Lithuania and Latvia to the north and west.

He was correct the last time he warned that Russia was going to invade.

I will not be surprised if there is news of another “attack” of “Russian” drones (composed of old Russian drones literally duct-taped back together, again) on Poland or one of the Baltic states.

Lukashenko I think has seen enough in four years of deadly stalemate to make him wary.

It’s probably just a ploy to draw Ukrainian troops off the frontlines facing Russian forces.

Lukashenko will be willing to pretend, safely.

Zelensky should announce that when the war with Russia is over they will deal with Belarus.

pure projection.

Ukraine has long wanted to expand this war and draw NATO in.

He doesn’t even know he’s a clown.

All the hate because Ukraine passed up getting further involved in the Joe Biden / Hunter Biden affair. Trump's hatred of Zelenski is reflected in his hatred of Ukrainians themselves. This leaves Putin as his best buddy.

This all leads to Eric Trump.

Turns out Putin's interference in the elections in Georgia put Bidzina Ivanishvil in power. Eric Trump is making a deal with Putin's man Ivanishvil in Tbilisi Georgia. Eric is going to show support for Russia by building a huge skyscraper.

I can hear you now, the people out in the streets in Georgia, out peacefully protesting for their freedoms, are scumbags, just like Ukrainians, for opposing your dear Mr. Putin.

I also hear you, there are no parallels between Hunter and Eric scoring influential deals halfway around the world. It is just coincidence the office that their daddies held.

So keep ripping on Zelenski and Ukraine. Maybe drop Pete H. a note telling him there is nothing the Pentagon can learn from Ukraine as they have no cards.

You rap your diatribe as if it’s important and relevant.

It’s neither.
