Faruqui said he’s handled scores of cases involving defendants who took to the Capitol on January 6, 2021, and Allen’s allegations of treatment — including being fully restrained by a five-point shackling system — were worse than how those defendants were treated.

Perhaps that's because he actually wanted to KILL people, including the president of the United States, as opposed to wandering around inside the Capitol taking selfies at Nancy Pelosi's desk.

This judge a bad joke. The J6 protestors jailed in the DC gulag were treated horribly. Some were held in solitary for years. Not to mention the beatings, filthy conditions and freezing temperatures. I bet he would apologize to Harvey Lee Oswald for being silenced by the mob too.

He is a Muslim who was appointed as a United States Magistrate Judge by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on September 14, 2020. Magistrate judges are appointed by a majority vote of the district court judges in their respective districts, not by the President or Senate.

Problem is, that Allen was not goaded into taking his actions, whereas, the protestors at the Capitol om Jan. 6th, 2021, were goaded with flash bangs and other measures.
