If “Let’s go Brandon” is profane because it SUBSTITUTES something for the actual profanity, then literally every time someone says “Shoot” “Darn” “Heck” “Gosh Darn it” and so on they are guilty of the same crime. Even if you say “Well, I woke up” the way the “Well” is used in that phrase is a substitute for “Hell” and would be considered a profanity under that insanity. I guarantee you can catch the judge or anyone else playing the hypocrite a dozen times an hour in ordinary conversation.
“Golly Gee, Holy Moses” in the words of Henry Aldrich should be bleeped out now.
Which is more offensive:
1. A “Let’s Go Brandon!” sweatshirt.
2. A rainbow themed LGBTQ sweatshirt (sodomy, pedophilia, transvestism).
And it did not make fun or mock anything that was sacred. So not profane.
Now the school can make a rule that you can not wear apparel with visible writing on it unless issued by the school and that would be legal.
This however is very legally iffy waters.
You are on to something here. Public schools have the right to set reasonable dress codes. But they must be consistent.
If they allow an LGBTQ shirt, then they must also allow a MAGA shirt and a “Let’s Go Brandon!” shirt.
No favoritism.
I would simply argue that I am a Brandon Brown fan. Let them try to disprove it.
Or even Sacre Bleu.

When I attended a Catholic School for a week we couldn’t wear anything written on our clothes or graphic designs. One kid showed up with a pair of jeans with a graphic leather label. The Mother cut it off. That is how all schools should be run. No politics or graphics at the school. They are free to wear that off campus. EOM.
There is a very simple way to avoid ALL these stupid issues. SCHOOL UNIFORMS.

That this case against the middle schoolers' 'Let's Go Brandon' sweatshirt got all the way up to the Supreme Court indicates how corrupt and traitorous the lower court judges have become.

These judges sound like Fentynales. “Let’s Go Brandon!” is “profane? Those judges have been polishing too many Democrat knobs. Sickos.
