Juries in federal jurisdictions can be from a larger area; but it will still be in Oregon and that continues to be a problem.
I'm sure Scissors would argue tomorrow that ICE agents should NOT wear masks because they have zero risk of being harassed if their images were shared online.
Friends ask me why I am leaving my home state of CA. This is why. Because as a conservative I cannot rely on the justice system to do its job when I or my family have been wronged. Conservatives will not get a fair trial in blue states. It’s being proven over and over again.

It is. I have never been a fan because it smacks of double jeopardy but in this case it is appropriate.

This is why people like Sorter need a few henchmen who are paid in advance to, without warning, do things like break collarbones and smash kneecaps. Then leave and evacuate the area with no further comment.
I'm surprised they actually brought the case to a local jury. What a waste of time and money. The whole county is Antifa including the officials.
The eastern part of Oregon is more conservative.
What parent in their right mind would name their child Angella Davis?
